About Us

The Beginning

It was the year 2000, it was May... La Corte dei Miracoli found its first 'home' in a tiny shop, downtown Vicenza. Our journey started like that, almost by accident, driven more by a pressing need than by a grand dream. That pressing need was our strongest foundation, dedication and humility were our landmarks. More than twenty years later, the very same dedication and humility are foundations of today's La Corte dei Miracoli. Expertise, in depth market knowledge and high standards are – today - additional pillar values.

Ours is a family story: the mother Lidia, the daughter Stefania, and the daughter-in-law Marta. Three different personalities, with different backgrounds and different approaches. Nonetheless, each one could teach the others something, each one could learn from the others.... learning, adjusting, rises and falls, mistakes and successful intuitions. The tiny office in Contrà SS Apostoli soon became too small to accommodate not only the 'stories' of our clients but also our own 'story'. The journey continued by moving to what would become our 'historic' offices, in Piazzola San Giuseppe, still in downtown Vicenza.

The Challenge

The years between 2003 and 2007 were years of growth, but also equally crucial and challenging.

We learned, sometimes the hard way, that clients should always be at the center of everything, that listening and understanding their needs should always be our priority. The Real Estate business had to be approached and treated as totally customer oriented, much more than other fields. It was the clients themselves who taught us that, the American ones especially.  We signed our first contract with personnel from Vicenza's U.S. Army Post in May of 2003.

We will  always be grateful to our first American client and to all our property owner clients who have trusted us since then. The initial pressing need had given way to what was becoming, almost subconsciously, a dream. Challenges were becoming opportunities; the path of our journey was taking shape.

The Evolution

2007 was a year of pivotal importance for all of us, as Lidia handed over the reins to Stefania and Marta.

It was time for the two of us to walk on our own. What was a small family-run business was transforming and becoming a company. La Corte dei Miracoli evolved, as e were joined by new collaborators, professionals, and artisans in the industry. We experienced great successes and had to face a few failures, both being part of a natural growing process. We like to think that every house we  managed to sell, rent or purchase is, nowadays, not only part of our professional  experience but also a memory leading to an emotion. In most cases, beautiful emotions. At times frustration, sadness, anxiety or fear to lose were part of the picture. Positive and negative emotions, success and failure, all situations being part of a learning process. We strongly believe that our clients should invest in 'emotions' before buying or renting a property. All years between 2007 and 2019 have given us, both personally and professionally, opportunities of growth.

The Evolution

2007 is an important year for all of us. Lidia hands over the reins to Stefania and Marta. It's time to walk on our own. The family becomes a company. We are joined by new collaborators, professionals, and artisans in the industry. La Corte dei Miracoli evolves. There are great successes, but also failures, which make us grow. We like to think that every house sold, rented, purchased, emptied, loved, has left us not only with an experience but also an emotion. In most cases, beautiful emotions. Sometimes frustration, sadness, anxiety, or fear. But it is precisely from all these positive and negative emotions, from successes and mistakes, that we have learned something. Thus, the belief is born that our clients should invest in emotions before buying or renting a property. Each year lived between 2007 and 2019 has given us, both personally and professionally, something good, something more.

We like to think that  we stand out for our seriousness, confidentiality and professionalism with qualified agents with an in depth knowledge of the local Real Estate market.

The Company

In business economics, a Company is an organization of people and economic assets organized by an entrepreneur for the purpose of conducting business activities. In 2020, we realized that our company had become a complex organization, employing many people in a confined space. The pandemic made us understand how important space, light, and freedom of movement truly are. This is why, in 2021, we moved to our current headquarters. Light, air, greenery, wood and glass are all elements of our new home. We have invested in emotions, just like our clients.
