Stefania Zocche

I come from the Public Relations sector, with a degree in Communication Sciences from Milan, and I have been studying yoga philosophy and meditation for over ten years.
I have always challenged myself personally; after various stays abroad, where I learned different languages and experienced diverse cultures, I finally decided to settle in Vicenza to pursue the most challenging, unimaginable, and unexpected project of my life: my own family.
Love and a sense of responsibility have been driving forces of my marriage for the last 26 years. The very same elements have been foundations for the Real Estate Company, established in the year 2000.
Becoming a real estate agent forced me to better organize myself, using at the same time the tools I had studied and learned while in College.
My partner Marta and I complement each other: mutual respect, strong work ethics and determination to succeed have allowed us to overcome different internal management point of views and manage numerous market difficulties. Our focus has always been that of creating a Real Estate Agency where ethics, customer service and professionalism were traits of our working philosophy. We like to think that the Agency team we have developed and crafted  is capable, fast and knowledgeable but, above all, loyal and trustworthy!
To me, yoga and meditation played a key role in finding and maintaining mental and physical balance, both necessary  in an industry – the Real Estate sector - where economic fulfillment and personal success are often valued more than honesty and professionalism.

Marta Roveggio

After graduating in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and spending some time abroad, I settled in Vicenza with my family. The year 2000 was undoubtedly a cornerstone: my second child and La Corte dei Miracoli, where I was in charge of all  economic and legal aspects, were born!
This new professional journey made me realize that organization was definitely one of my strongest qualities. Nothing in business has to be left to chance: planning, organization and implementation are different stages of a wider picture.

As strange as it may seem, my love for sports and for the mountains undoubtedly helped me on the working environment. Stefania and I are very different, but what could have been a minus  soon became a strength. Each of us shared her skills to achieve true teamwork. Volleyball, which I have been playing since I was a child, had been my best possible 'school of life'. Every player has a well-defined role and passing the ball is a must. No one wins alone, no single member of a team loses alone. The ones who defend, the ones who attack, the ones who lead: each single, little piece of the team is as important and functional in reaching goals and objectives.
Dedication, a deep sense of responsibility, determination and self-discipline are rooted in my past sporting experiences; the very same values are necessary in running and mountain trekking, my new passions.
Passion, sacrifice, patience, hard training are all needed to reach a mountain peak or to cross the finish line in a race. I like to define mountains and running as democratic passions; in fact, they both help you create dreams, develop goals, create expectations with and within yourself. They both highlight  your weaknesses and limitations: you may overcome them or you may have to accept them with humbleness. The very same applies to the work environemnt, where dreams, goals to achieve, limits to overcome or accept, are part of the game. A game that must played with honesty, strong ethics and foresight.

Alessandra Alviano

Being a Real Estate Agent sure means working closely with people, being able to advise and help them with professional knowledge, being part of their future lives and a witness of an exciting and crucial moment, but it also takes dedication, patience and constant focus.
A successful negotiation is an opportunity for personal growth and gratification, a path that requires organizational skills, problem solving, empathy, listening, stubbornness, tenacity, initiative and patience. I follow with the same passion both Italian and foreign customers, mainly Americans because of the high presence of U.S. citizens in Vicenza. The Real Estate business sector is constantly evolving and therefore requires flexibility and a mindset open to new insights, ideas and new digital techniques.

Brunetta Marin

My involvement and passion for the Real Estate field started about thirty years ago, a passion arising out of Feng Shui, a very ancient Chinese traditional practice using energy forces to harmonize individuals with their surrounding environment. What more than home is a surrounding environment for the human being?
I've been part of 'La Corte dei Miracoli' wonderful family for about 10 years now. That is when I met Stefania and Marta at a Feng Shui course... we've 'connected' immediately!
I am a very welcoming and empathetic person. These traits are important, for example, in understanding and respecting the needs of the client. Home often reflects a way of life, a set of values that should take into consideration the importance of the surrounding environment. After all, I firmly believe home should be intended as aur first dress.

Elisabetta Cappellari

Elisabetta, 50 years old, mother of four teenage children, joined La Corte dei Miracoli in 2013 by pure chance, having rented her parents' house to American tenants through the Agency.
“I was fascinated by Stefania and Marta's way of working and almost immediately 'offered' myself to cooperate on the American rentals side of the business. English being one of my mother tongues and truly loving the  American culture and way of life, it was nothing more than taking a natural step forward.
Ten years later, I take pride in saying that, together with my colleagues at La Corte dei Miracoli and under the leadership of Stefania, for many years a true pioneer in the US Rental field, we have built wonderful synergies with the house owners who proved to be increasingly confident in our managing skills.
However, the most exciting aspect is the relationship with our US American clients, tenants who are used to a 360°, impeccable customer service.
I have contributed to the project and its growth, sometimes showing my impulsive and exuberant character. I am also very direct (sometimes, maybe, a bit too much!), a trait that has proven to be a positive one when dealing with US customers.
I always thought I was born on the wrong side of the Ocean....  and as a girl I dreamed of living in the United States... it didn't happen, but my job now gets me to experience a little piece of America in my own town!
La Corte dei Miracoli is now my 'family', and US American citizens in Vicenza are an important part of my professional and personal life.”

Erika Nizzero

A duly registered R.E. Agent, Erika has been involved in the real estate business for almost 30 years now.

“I have had the privilege of doing a job that still continues to gratify me, both on a professional and personal level. Understanding clients' needs, 'digging' and searching for the 'perfect' home until their dream comes through are definitely engaging and stimulating aspects of my professional path.
I recently joined the large "family" of La Corte dei Miracoli, a challenging work opportunity  where market knowledge, honesty and dynamic solutions get together.

Erminia Alviano

As Coordinator of the general secretariat and personal assistant to Stefania Zocche, I am constantly in touch with the R.E. Agents. Management of sales, rental listings and the collection of documents for our real estate portfolio are also areas under my responsibility.
I check, on a regular basis, web portals where we advertise our properties, monitor their 'placement', help and advise the sales force on matters such as photos, descriptions and details to be highlighted.
I manage most aspects relating to our advertising partners and take care of client reception at the office.
I like to think of myself as a multitasking, versatile figure you can rely on; precise, dedicated to work, digitally active, and a true believer in teamwork.

Lucia Melison

I joined La Corte dei Miracoli in 2021 and I coordinate/align tenants, owners, technicians and artisans for all maintenance matters. Every small or large maintenance request must be solved quickly and efficiently. A large part of my time at work is dedicated to the Agency's numerous US American clients, a challenging task as they expect a US style Customer Care: fast and impeccable. The secret lies in excellent organization, kindness, flexibility and a touch of irony!
And out of here? I love sports in general and I practice mountain running and hills cycling. I really enjoy meeting new people, tasting good wine, and I appreciate nature in all of its aspects!

Nadia Giacomuzzo

A duly registered R.E. Agent, I have been working in the real estate sector for over 35 years.
I dedicate a significant portion of my time to my profession because I truly love what I do. My first goal is always to clearly identify my clients' needs: the experience I accumulated under the most diverse situations plays a key role in the process.
In the office my nickname is 'Ferrari' because I am someone who always aims for the top and never stops. After all, difficulties, at work as much as in life, are opportunities to bring out your best. I love managing complicated situations, trying to find a reasonable solution even where “there's no solution to be found”.

Marcello Stopazzola

After completing my university studies with a humanistic sciences background, I had the opportunity of joining La Corte dei Miracoli.   The Real Estate sector. a field where experience and expertise are often the best teachers, is also a very dynamic working environment. My main goal is to grow professionally, acquiring technical skills and understanding nuances, both necessary for a comprehensive and professional service.
Clients will find in me personal traits that sum up well with my interests: golf, running, reading and theater.
Golf, the most recent addition to the list, helps me in developing a patient, strategic approach that is compatible both with teamwork and individual work. Running is essential for maintaining a healthy body and releasing tension after a hard day of work; it helps as well in providing a meditative moment, a tool  useful in problem-solving and strategic planning. Reading is an excellent tool for cognitive abilities, but most importantly 'it opens your mind'. Theater and opera are relaxing experiences for my mind and stimulate my creativity.
Despite my young age and even younger appearance, I consider myself a confident and determined person, constantly seeking new stimuli and experiences.
